    what I think
homg kong is a small overpopulated segregationist and harsh unequal society for anybody who was not born with a silverspoon in his mouth.
therefore, although migration flows will be the main issue of the 21st century, I do believe that migration policy in hk should be strict, realistic and asylum seekers should be given a reply within six months after their application.Italy is quite well organized (and overflooded) with migrants. It would be a good training for hk staff.
I don’t think anybody should be encouraged to come to hong kong, especially under Beijing rule.
